1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the FrameHub application ("App"), you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
FrameHub is a mobile application that enables:
- Displaying photo slideshows from your device's photo library
- Remote control of slideshows from other devices
- Displaying info slates (weather, clock, calendar)
- Digital frame mode (Kiosk)
3. Account and Access
An iCloud account is required to use certain features. You are responsible for:
- The security of your Apple ID
- All activities performed using your account
- Compliance with Apple's terms of service
4. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on devices you own, in accordance with these Terms and the App Store terms.
5. In-App Purchases
The App offers a free version and a paid Pro version:
- The Pro version purchase is one-time and non-recurring
- The purchase is linked to your Apple ID
- You can restore your purchase on other devices signed into the same Apple ID
- Refunds are handled according to Apple's policy
6. User Content
The App displays photos from your library. You are responsible for:
- Having rights to the content you display
- Respecting copyrights and intellectual property
- Not displaying illegal or harmful content
7. Usage Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer or disassemble the App
- Modify or create derivative works
- Use the App for commercial purposes without consent
- Circumvent technical protections
- Use the App in any unlawful manner
8. Third-Party Services
The App uses external services:
- Apple iCloud: for settings sync and remote control
- Apple WeatherKit / Open-Meteo: for weather data
- Google AdMob: for displaying ads in the free version
Use of these services is subject to their own terms.
9. Privacy
Processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
10. Service Availability
We strive to keep the App running properly, however:
- We do not guarantee continuous availability
- We may introduce updates and changes
- We may discontinue the App with notice
- Features requiring internet depend on network availability
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for damages resulting from use of the App
- We do not guarantee the App will meet all your expectations
- We are not responsible for data loss
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the App
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. We will notify you of significant changes by:
- Updating the date at the top of this document
- In-app notification (for significant changes)
Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Polish law. Any disputes will be resolved by Polish courts.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
