🚀 Getting Started

How do I start a slideshow? â–¼
  1. Open FrameHub and allow access to your photos
  2. Select an album from the "Albums" tab
  3. Tap the album to start the slideshow
  4. Touch the screen to show control buttons
How do I exit Kiosk mode? â–¼
To exit Kiosk mode, tap 3 times quickly on the top-left corner of the screen. This prevents accidental exits.
Why can't I see my albums? â–¼
  • Make sure the app has photo access: iOS Settings → FrameHub → Photos → "Full Access"
  • Pull down on the album list to refresh
  • iCloud shared albums may take a moment to sync

📱 Remote Control

How do I control the frame from another device? â–¼
  1. Install FrameHub on both devices
  2. Make sure both are signed into the same iCloud account
  3. On your phone, go to the "Devices" tab
  4. Select the frame device from the list
  5. You can now change albums, settings, and control the slideshow
I can't see other devices in the list â–¼
  • Check that both devices are signed into the same iCloud account
  • Make sure iCloud Drive is enabled on both devices
  • Wait a few seconds - sync may take a moment
  • Pull down on the list to refresh
  • Check the internet connection on both devices

🌙 Night Mode

How do I configure night mode? â–¼
  1. Go to Settings → Night Mode
  2. Enable night mode
  3. Set start and end times
  4. During night mode, the screen will dim or display a discreet clock

📊 Info Slates

How do I enable weather slates? â–¼
  1. Go to Settings → Slates
  2. Enable the "Weather" slate
  3. Choose automatic location or enter a city manually
  4. Set display frequency (every X minutes or photos)

Note: Slates are available in the Pro version.

Weather isn't displaying â–¼
  • Check your internet connection
  • If using automatic location, allow location access in iOS Settings
  • Try entering a city manually instead of automatic location

💳 Purchases & Pro Version

How do I restore my purchase on a new device? â–¼
  1. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID used for the purchase
  2. Go to Settings → Pro Version
  3. Tap "Restore Purchases"
  4. Wait for confirmation
What features does the Pro version include? â–¼

  • ✅ Unlimited slideshow duration
  • ✅ Night mode

🔧 Troubleshooting

The app is running slowly or freezing â–¼
  • Close and reopen the app
  • Restart your device
  • Make sure you have the latest version of the app
  • Check that you have enough free storage on your device
  • Try using an album with fewer photos
